Ruffy is still known as "Ruffy Puppy" even though she is over 6 years old. She loves kids and is great in the house. She is always looking to play ball but loves to curl up with you in bed!

Ruffy is our escape artist so she lives in doggie Ft. Knox with a roof on her kennel!!! We have invisible fence to keep her safely within our yard because she is so athletic she could jump our 4 foot fence faster than I could yell no!!! We love the drive and focus she has out in the field. She will air scent a smell and be hot on the trail as soon as we put her on the ground. She is a gritty worker and never minds getting dirty to get the job done. She will dig to squeeze into tight surfaces if there is quarry she will follow.

Ruffy is now retired and living with another JR named Dakota. She is enjoying the safety of invisible fence and playing all the time. The new owners couldn't believe how lovable she was. There isn't a dirty face to be had in their house! We have her daughters to carry on her bloodlines. She was quite the character!
